Reporting a size chart error

Include the page URL (for example /size-charts/nike-men-tops), the row that looks wrong, and — if you have it — a link to the brand’s own size page. That is enough for us to verify and correct the chart.

AI Enhanced upgrade

If the analysis failed to run, or the result did not appear, send the Stripe receipt number and roughly when you tried. We will re-run the analysis or refund the purchase.

Privacy requests

For access, correction or deletion requests, say “privacy request” in the subject line. We hold very little: photos and measurements are not stored, so most requests concern analytics or payment records. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Before you write

If your question is “which size should I order”, the answer depends on your measurements rather than on us: run the size calculator and then check the brand’s chart. If a chart looks inconsistent with itself, that is worth emailing about.
