1. What PhotoFit is
PhotoFit estimates body measurements from a photo and matches them to published brand size charts. It is a shopping aid. It is not a medical device, not a tailoring service, and not a substitute for measuring yourself or trying a garment on.
2. Estimates, not guarantees
The free scan is typically accurate to within a few centimetres; the paid AI Enhanced upgrade is more precise but still an estimate. Size charts are compiled from brands’ published information and can change without notice. We do not guarantee that a garment bought in the recommended size will fit, and we are not responsible for return shipping, exchange costs, or lost orders.
3. Your photo
You confirm that you have the right to use any photo you submit and that it shows you (or someone who has agreed to it). Do not upload photos of other people without their permission, and do not upload images of children.
4. Paid upgrade
The AI Enhanced analysis is a one-off digital purchase processed by Stripe. Because the analysis is delivered immediately, it is generally non-refundable once the result has been generated. If the analysis fails to run, contact us and we will re-run it or refund it.
5. Affiliate links
Some links to retailers are affiliate links, including Amazon Associates links. If you buy through them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. The price you pay is the same. See our Privacy Policy for the cookies involved.
6. Third-party names
Brand names and trademarks (Nike, Adidas, Uniqlo, Levi’s and others) belong to their owners. PhotoFit is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these brands. Charts are reproduced for reference and comparison.
7. Acceptable use
Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, attempt to bypass the payment flow, upload unlawful content, or use the service to build a competing dataset by automated means. We may suspend access for abuse.
8. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from a purchasing decision made using an estimated measurement. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
